Introduction

This report describes the self-reflection and career action plan related to the profession chosen and discussed in the first assignment. This is a brief description of my dream job as a real estate sale agent that I would like to work and develop when I graduate. Purchasing or selling a house or a flat is probably the greatest choice of a person’s life. Also, when selling or building up a cost for land, individuals search out realtors to accomplish this work. A realtor needs to persuade an imminent property holder that the person in question is dependable and learned. · Strengths:

Right now, I have different all around created aptitudes and capacities which consistently underpins me in performing amazing inside wherever. There are very much evolved relational abilities, time the executive’s aptitudes, information on the board and so on some significant qualities.

My ability to advance and applies my preparation and data in the field is key to my own thriving.
