People go round the world in order that they need somewhere to remain and want to drink and eat. Therefore, hospitality is praised among the traveller. (Knowles 1996) The hospitality industry has many characteristics like intangible, perishable, inseparable, coincident, variable, shift work and guest happiness. This industry is additionally called “smile and welcome industry” and therefore the tourism industry called “recreation tourism.” Pineapple could be a form of the hospitality industry, an indication of pleasure, friendliness and restful. The tourism and hospitality industry is a non-smoking industry (or) industry. This industry provides services to people after they are aloof from home. There are different types of business within the hospitality industry.

These businesses are four broad categories examples: accommodation, food, and beverage, and relaxation. Food and beverage are the largest sectors within the hospitality industry and also the SPA.
