Critical literacy is the ability to examine and assess in multiple learning environments. It assists students to understand and ask question about the attitudes, values, and beliefs of written documents. It is a process of reading and writing based on the education method. The abilities include different skills such as, analyse, synthesis, innovate, evaluate, problem solve, self-direct, creativity, flexible, engage, and productive about the text or written documents which are used for understanding and develop knowledge of literature.

In the meaning of critical literacy, texts or documents defined as vehicles into people interact with others applying rules and regulations of society (tNeophytou & Valiandes, 2013, p. 413).Critical literacy is practices of the critically reading and writing of the subject. As a graduate student, studying about references and analysis for literature are significant for critical literacy (Bussell et al., 2017, p.993). The students favour to learn research skills with formats and access as per demand or attend when they need them, behalf of during class. The fact about most graduate students are they take research systems classes at the start of their programs, and that doctoral students continue going on expositions for years after finishing coursework, are other purposes to improve possibilities for continued study and retooling outside of coursework. According to Ha and Baurain, critical literacy is practices of the reading and writing with appropriate structure and research of the literature (Ha, & Baurain, 2011 p. 37). These involves educational qualifications, personal choices and professors’ expectations influence how a student writes, cultural and social standards perform a specific role in developing writing, express ideas and learns coherence and cohesion. Critical reading and critical writing are the analysing process of texts with the method of writing, structure of references and research about the content knowledge for the higher education students. As a part of academic integrity, critical reading and writing for literature and literacy are students’ understanding and knowledge about paraphrase and summarise the text with skills of critical writing. Enough research about study material consolidates critical reading, note-taking, summarizing, and paraphrasing approaches and work should be beneficial for the better equip students with the knowledge they want to resolve this difficulty (Liao & Tseng, 2010, p. 204). As an innovative leader should grow their information with literature factors, aspects of comprehensible information with contextual evidence, issues learners have previous knowledge topics that are attractive and meaningful to students (Lina, 2019, p. 11). Furthermore, the effectiveness of structure and leading with critical and intelligent literacy is an important role for a leader. Critical literacy can assist as an origin point for beginner teachers attempting to include an essential viewpoint in their language teaching. Following critical literacy concentrates on critical analysis of the contents of texts, educators may have a solid base of to work to involve students in questioning the social relationships of language practices as well as the potential relations fixed in the choice of words and methods of performance. Teacher’s role as a literacy leader is critical to maintaining excellence in teaching practice and whole-school image for enhanced literacy consequences. It will serve other teachers to enhance the result of teacher study within the school and manage development and knowledge growth for all students. Critical literacy focus beyond all levels of the school and all age levels and developments as a leader. Critical literature review is an essential tool for the study of higher education of the students at the university level. Students of the leadership management are study and practices about the literature review with critical thinking as well as proper content knowledge about the literature structure. Apart from literacy, academic integrity is important for the leader’s main thing is to avoid and stop copied cases from university or school. The main issue ids plagiarism for students. It is solved by the operations of the leaders, principal and teachers. Critical literacy structure is within the focus on text information, the purpose of the literature, the intent of the study, framing and structure of the written work and follow up the work from the students. These things are beneficial for the leaders as an effective result for the school (Crockett, 2018, p. 32). Desire, integrity, accountability, are summed up the basis of the modern school in the information world, and that all aspects are resolve by the proper accuracy and use expanded knowledge for the writing and teaching for the students of the school. Being a leader, they have to take care of all the things for better results and performance of the school as well as individual students. Furthermore, the accuracy of the literature is centre on the students’ performance and the teachers or leaders hard work with students (Crockett, 2018, p. 31). Teachers’ training in Critical literacy, not outside the structure and the principles of critical education. Therefore, to be sustainable, any plan for enhancing equity, democracy, and social justice, requires considering the principles underlying the transformative leadership method. Critical Literacy in education can increase depth knowledge of the society and allow learners and teachers to actively build society. A critically literate person is not just a person who knows the strength of relationships. Hence, the individual is an academic leader who will assume the role of transforming society while proceeding freeing for a better future.
