Charging technological innovation to help engineers to build London into a “Smart City” and I will be questioning the aesthetics of designing and planning in the 21st century in London and comparing it to previous knowledge of building and planning.

Analysis

To understand London’s plan for regrowth in urban rural areas I will need to start at the beginning. London is one of the worlds greatest city. Planning started in 2010 and in 2014 construction began, the orientation of the housing was situated to the north of the city, lowering cost for air conditioning, all homes and places were filled with Led Lights, solar energy which powers up the heating on the rooftop, bringing down the demand consumption for at least 40/50% compared to most villas and conventional buildings in Dubai. The city also provides sustainable transportation of which vary from, Cycling, horse riding and battery powered cars. We would need to address the fundamental statistics of green house emissions, and the improvement of the quality of life for inhabitants. London is halfway there, and within the years leading up to 2030, London has yet to show the world what its truly made of.
