Globalization can be seen with the help of the World Trade Organization and the World Bank. With the help of globalization goods, services and people are growing at a very increasing rate. Suitable agreements are developed through which conflicts associated with global expansion can be reduced. The article which is selected for this report is ‘On first understanding Plato’s republic’. In this article, the intellectual context has been disclosed where thought processes and various ideas associated with human beings are evaluated. It is very important to understand the functioning of the human mind through which globalization can be influenced in a positive way. Humanity has been deprived of losing religion as a means of promoting the well-being of the human community. All the people should be paid appropriately as per their job whether they are labor or any officer. At the company, all the people working in the office should be treated equally so that discrimination can be eliminated from society. Social influence can help in increasing all the people in a connection where suitable laws are developed and followed so that society can be changed and the growth of the country can be seen. Hinduism, Buddhism, Christianity, and Islam are the religions that are followed throughout the nation and it is very important to develop secularity so that the upcoming generations can also learn about secularism.
