Reflection on Three Fields That I Want to Pursue As My Career.

Objective:

I am going to explain about three fields that I want to pursue as my career. I would like to work in education utmost, administration field as well as in retail industry. At some point in everyone’s career, he or she may come to a juncture that there is a need to re-evaluate and reflect upon the current job position or status of path or other external factors.

Reflective:

After researching about specific fields, I come to know about many amazing aspect and opportunities that I didn’t know before. Throughout my experience and studies in education back in India, I observed and learned different techniques to be success in the profession. But if I am talking about here in Canada, there is a lot of difference for getting these path in life. For instance, I Had a meeting with our instructor Joel about the practicum and interest is. I really get an important information about education field. He also explain to me about different steps that are essential to be at top position in education field. Thus, I feel too much difference in my knowledge after researching it. These things make me more excited to learn and analyze about my career choices in detail.

Interpretation:

After understanding the main interest is in these three areas, I find that these areas basically have different requirements to achieve goals in my life. Let’s talk about educational field that I am most interested in. For emerging in education, I must be aimed at very specific qualifications in education program, fellowship. Then, I will have engaged in the profession, in the local community and in the institutions for higher studies. After this, I will be get some experiences in undertaking much more complex situations, being a mentor in education. Moreover, it is also important to understand what kind of resources are available for your career path. Now the second career option for me is the administration. For emerging in this field, I have Preparation of the school administration required strategies that were the capacity of school leader to make the sense unclear And unique situations as well as solutions for the problems. Apart from this I really come to know about these choices in detail because it requires different skills abilities experiences in their own fields.I also come to know that education is not just about teaching. There are other professions also considering this field such as healthcare worker, librarians, child care taker and so on. There are a lot of other opportunities in two other choices too.After analyzing I really get great knowledge about these areas that would be really helpful for me to be successful in these professions. Now,I am pretty confident about the requirements of these professions.

Decision:

Earlier, I thought education is all about teach the students, but now I know that it would be in any kind of teaching. Now, first step is about how I can achieve these goals in my life. What are the step requirements to get these goals?Firstly,as I explained earlier about schooling education that is first step to achieve these positions. Then I should have some experience as well as abilities to perform them. For instance, I am working in dollarama, this is kind of entry level job.So, I have to get some experience there and qualifications, training in administration field too. In future from this knowledge, I would like to pursue my career in as a librarian or childcare worker to because I really fascinated by this field too.
