Introduction

The site is located in Hartlepool on the south western edge of the urban district of Hartlepool with a length of between 1.65 km and 2.65 km from the city. The possible stakeholders of the sustainable development plan are engineers and the people who believe that renewable resources are vital in the town of Hartlepool. Engineers of the town are looking to work in the project because by working in this project they can attain their reputation in the international market because of the recognition that people of Hartlepool have given to them.

The long term goal is to zero net emissions until the turn of the century nothing that progress has been made independently in 2018 and at regular intervals from today. Reflecting on the lower cost of low carbon increases with particular attention to reducing emissions there will be an opportunity to take risks. In 2020 all countries will seek to update their emission reduction agreements by 2030. The declaration on national energy policy states that the United Kingdom has significant resources in renewable energy, especially wind and tides. The costs of renewable energies are mainly in the development and support phase, since the activity itself is free which helps protect customers from the unpredictable but in general the cost of petroleum products. Various ideas have been proposed to make Hartlepool’s infrastructure effective.
