With the fastest development of the world the tournaments between companies are also increasing, the actual workplace want for the graduates are not only given attention to the degree but pay more focus on employability skills.In business skills employees recuirted by the company are all with multiskills, the business may frequent copy their workers to different departments and to take different tasks in just a company. (Hearther and peter,2006,p.2) which means this requires the employee have the effort and venture skills to change themselves easily to new situations and may take the work quickly. The rise of reflective practice within higher education has resulted in consedration of including it as a tool to access key required skills,knowledge and understanding and their overall development in professional development in relation to personal experiences(Yorke 2005 , Jackson and ward in 2004)

The increasing complexity and diversity with in higher education generated further pressure to inclusion of various methods to embed with employability with their academic offers such as mode of assessments and extracurricular activities (Yorke and knight 2006.This assumptions encouraged higher education institutions to go to beyond traditional arrangements for learning as in someone cases are viewed to lacking inclusions of reflective habits where individuals may further development their practice to real life situations. Communication skills

The key attributes employers look for in school leaver recuirts are communication skills (40%) of employers rank this in the top three required attributes, work ethics (39%) and personality( 32%),(CIPD ,2006).Thus , good communication skills can help to create a good working environment and to complete the work more efficiently.

Teamwork skills

In today’s society, only have an individual working ability is not enough,more and more works need a group of people to complete together .Work in groups can speed up the progress of work and also through brainstorming to create a better idea.

Self-management skills

Companies also need graduates have self management skills to complete the work alone or almost alone,without the need for someone to stand over the employee constantly and tell them want to do Foster,1998,p.14.

Employability swot analysis

Threats:

  • I have poor marketing skills
  • There is a lot of competition in my field.
  • A lot of communication may lead to negative results.

Strength:

The first of my strengths as far as the team work skills is that I can easily work and cooperate with other people from different cultures and backgrounds. Some of my other Strengths are my element of leadership, the process of taking a share of responsibility, the process of accepting and learning from constructive criticism and the process of understanding role in a team .I gained the process of analysis of problems or task, and the process of respecting.

Weaknesses

My weaknesses as far as the team work skills are ,that I am not so good at mediating between people , I have a weak develop and maintain networks skills . I have no employment experience, even the part time job experience. I am weak in problem solving;when I face problems usually I can’t see all sides of them and cannot provide good solutions of them.

My communication skills are weak . I am an Introvert and I am not good at communicate with others . I feel shy when I talking to strangers .

Opportunities:

I can find a part time job through the future of our school to learn new skills to enhance my Cv.

I can be more employable than others if I get work experience in Uk.65% of international indicates that they are more willing to employ graduates with overseas work experiences. For instance, China is widely expected to become the world’s largest human capital market in the future,requiring an explosive number of talent professionals. Companies seeking to hire new employees that studies from U.S , Europe and UK. They offer international experience, plus language and cultural skills but are in short supply.
